Detailed Job Description
Major Responsibilities
- Network Support Professionalsis mainly responsible for the smooth running of client’s network and ensure clients get maximum benefit out of it.
- Configurations of client’s routers, firewalls, L2/L3 network.
- Setup VPN network as per client requirement.
- Excellent conversation skill to help set up systems or troubleshoot problems over phone or face-to-face.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving network issues.
- Proving support (both over phone and/or field visit), including documentation and relevant reports.
- Following diagrams or written instructions to setup new/troubleshoot network.
- Working continuously to resolve issue of clients or referral if required.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Willing to travel as per requirement to deliver service to customer.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement
- Minimum technical graduate. CCNA/MTCNA or any similar certification will be an advantage.
- Familiar with different enterprises series routers, firewall and switches especially Cisco, Juniper, Cyberoam, Sophos, Linksys, Mikrotik.
- Knowledge of routing, switching and different types of VPN and its deployment.
- Strong knowledge of L2 and L3 network topology.
- Must have sound knowledge of WAN/LAN.
- Familiar with IP V4 network and subnetting.
- Ability to work under multicultural diverse environment and under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitivity and tactful manner.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-owned two-wheeler with valid Driving License is most.
