Job Decsription
Major Responsibilities
- Maintaining or repairing related equipment i.e. Desktop Computers, Laptop, CCTV Cameras and ideas of Printers.
- Troubleshooting variety of computer, Network and CCTV camerasissues.
- Setting up computer security and Genuine Licensed Software/ measures.
- Configuring computer networks.
- Familiarity withall versions of Windows Operating System.
- Evaluates, installs, configures, maintains, tests and upgrades computer hardware and software, relational databases and software at both the file server and workstation levels.
- Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
- Willing to travel as per requirement to deliver service to customer.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement
- Minimum 10+2 with relevant trainings and/or experience.
- Familiar with different brands broadband and ADSL routers and switches.
- Must have sound knowledge of WAN/LAN.
- Familiar with IPv4 network.
- Ability to work under multicultural diverse environment and under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitivity and tactful manner.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-owned two-wheeler with valid Driving License is most.
